A non slip rubber pad has two interfaces to consider: the adhesive connection to the product and the exposed contact against another surface. A secure bond underneath does not establish friction at the outside face, and a grippy-feeling face does not prevent the entire pad from moving if its backing detaches.
Choose the footprint and position around the actual load and direction of movement. The base should support the adhesive area, while the exposed rubber should meet the opposing surface as intended. Texture, dust, liquids, and cleaning residues can change that contact, so assess conditions representative of normal use.
After installation, check for both sliding at the outer surface and movement relative to the product base. Do not treat the non-slip description as a guarantee across every substrate or load. During care, clean the contact face and inspect the perimeter for edge lift. If movement occurs, identify which interface is responsible before replacing the pad or changing its size; the appropriate correction depends on where the loss of position begins.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
