Define the visible surfaces and intended color
Develop holes, lips and walls around the mating parts
Match the attachment and installation method
Self-adhesive black rubber feet can blend with a dark equipment base while adding defined points of support. Their discreet appearance makes correct positioning worth checking closely, since a small misalignment may be difficult to see against the housing. Each foot should remain fully inside its intended bonding area without an edge hanging over a seam or recess.
Select the profile and installed height around the product's weight distribution. A tall narrow foot can be subjected to different sideways forces from a low broad pad during movement. Match the adhesive to the base finish and the conditions in which the equipment will be used.
Use a clear locating method before exposing the adhesive, then apply pressure across the supported footprint. Check the product on a level surface once the bond is ready. During routine care, inspect the hidden underside rather than relying only on the product's visible stance. A foot that has shifted can leave a hard edge close to the bench even before obvious rocking begins.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
