Conductive silicone key buttons can be customized for controls used in remote devices, toys, automotive panels, and other electronic assemblies. The visible key arrangement and underside contact positions must remain coordinated so that each marked button operates its intended circuit area. Color, molded shape, and printed or recessed identification can be selected for the layout.
Begin with the relationship between the housing opening and the circuit beneath it. The rubber needs support around the moving area while retaining enough clearance for a complete press and release. If the sheet is stretched into the housing, the visible keys may align while the contact pattern underneath shifts from its intended position.
Evaluate the secured assembly across the full key field, including controls with different sizes or shapes. Markings should remain readable and associated with the correct operating positions. Keep the conductive surfaces clean during handling and avoid touching them with contaminated tools. During care, remove dirt from the exposed key boundaries gently so that residue does not restrict movement or force a button to sit partly depressed.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
