Conductive silicone rubber button keypads combine a flexible pressing surface with conductive features for a matching circuit. Custom size and color options allow the keypad to be developed around an electronic product's layout. The electrical interface depends on correct placement and clean contact areas as well as on the molded key shape.
Plan handling so the underside is not placed on a work surface that carries dust, oils or adhesive residue. Pick up the part at suitable non-contact edges and settle it onto its intended locators. A contact displaced from the corresponding board area can behave inconsistently even if the key top looks correctly positioned.
After the housing is secured, check response from every key and confirm that each returns to its resting position. Compare behavior before and after closing the enclosure if a problem appears. The cause may be compression or alignment rather than the conductive material itself.
During maintenance, avoid scraping the contact surface or applying an improvised coating. Keep the keypad matched to the board and housing version for which it was developed. Changes to key travel, board spacing or locating features should be evaluated together so the intended switching relationship remains intact.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
