An FKM rubber O ring provides a flexible sealing element for a compatible groove or mating interface. Custom dimensions allow the ring to be selected around the seat, while the particular FKM formulation must suit the operating environment. The inside diameter and section size both matter to the installed contact.
Check the receiving geometry before choosing a replacement. A ring that stretches onto the mating part may still have the wrong section for the available compression. Too much rubber in the space can distort the ring as the joint closes, while too little can leave insufficient contact.
Select the compound for the actual substances and temperatures, including conditions during cleaning or servicing. Fit the ring without twisting it and keep sharp edges away from its surface. Inspect its position before the mating faces obscure it. During disassembly, look for an uneven contact mark that may indicate the ring shifted from its intended seat. Restore the original groove condition and use the selected dimensions rather than substituting a similar-looking ring from a different material family.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Too much rubber in the space can distort the ring as the joint closes, while too little can leave insufficient contact. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
