A non-standard FKM NBR rubber gasket can be developed for a joint whose geometry does not match a standard ring. FKM and NBR provide separate material choices, selected for the actual operating environment. The custom outline and section should follow the mating assembly in full.
Identify the dimensions that control fit rather than relying only on overall width or diameter. Offset openings, asymmetric edges, and changes in contact width can determine orientation and support. The seat also establishes the space available for compression when the parts close.
Select the formulation for the medium, temperature, and cleaning cycle. Lay the gasket into place without pulling it across locating features, then inspect the complete perimeter. Close the joint through the intended sequence so that no narrow area is displaced. During servicing, compare the replacement with the required geometry rather than the distorted outline of a used seal. Keep compound variants clearly distinguished when the same custom shape is used in different operating environments.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
