A flange gasket places a shaped rubber layer between the mating faces. The custom outline can follow the central opening and fastening arrangement, with thickness selected for the joint's available compression. The gasket should remain supported across the intended sealing area as the flanges are brought together.
Check the relationship between the bore and fastener positions. A gasket that reaches the bolts but partly overlaps the flow opening may not match the joint correctly. The flange faces also need to be aligned and in suitable condition so compression is not concentrated on one side.
Select the compound for the actual medium, temperature, and operating conditions. Place the gasket cleanly without stretching it to reach the fasteners. Follow the fastening sequence required by the flange design and inspect for displaced edges during assembly. The complete joint determines its pressure and sealing capability; the rubber gasket alone does not establish a rating. During maintenance, inspect the flange faces and remove residue before fitting a replacement with the matching outline and thickness.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
