A silicone suction cup with an M6 fastening interface connects a flexible surface attachment to its intended hardware. The fitting needs enough usable thread for the part mounted above it, including any bracket, nut or washer in that arrangement. The rubber cup should remain properly aligned when the fastening stack is complete.
Check the mounting thickness before selecting the assembly. A screw that reaches a nut is not necessarily long enough to provide the intended engagement, and excessive projection may interfere with nearby components. Keep the threaded connection square so the attached part does not tilt the cup and lift one area of its sealing edge.
Custom size, color and material choices can suit the required contact surface. Evaluate the whole attachment on a clean, smooth area under the intended force direction and duration. The M6 designation defines the nominal thread size, not the cup's holding capacity. Assemble the hardware without twisting the rubber against the surface, then inspect for distortion around the connection. Release the suction before changing position, and check both the sealing lip and fastening security before reuse.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
