A suction cup with threaded screw can be customized for a rubber or silicone mounting component. The screw length, thread form and cup profile need to fit the surrounding assembly together. Space for the fastener should be considered alongside the clearance needed by the flexible cup when it contacts a surface.
Check whether the screw projects into another component or reaches the end of its mating hole before the intended seat is reached. At the opposite side, make sure the cup body can deform as designed without rubbing against a bracket. These checks prevent the mechanical connection from dictating an unsuitable contact position.
Select the finished material for the surface and operating environment. Evaluate the assembled cup in its actual orientation and under the intended use conditions. For maintenance, release the suction contact before removing the mounting connection, and avoid twisting the lip as a handle. Inspect both the attachment region and the contact edge before reuse. A replacement should preserve the required clearances as well as the visible diameter.

Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
