Bolt On Suction Cups combine a flexible contact face with a mechanical mounting arrangement. The attachment should locate the cup while leaving its rim free to meet the surface evenly. A mounting bracket that presses against the cup at an unintended point can distort that contact before any load is applied.
ETOL offers custom material, size, hardness and color, with hardness options from 20 to 80 Shore A. Define the bolt arrangement, cup profile and available installation space together. Include the hardware's bearing surfaces and any features used to prevent rotation during fastening.
Evaluate the cup on the actual surface and in the intended direction of loading. Surface texture, contamination and the way force is applied all affect contact. There is no single holding value that can be assigned from the cup's appearance. Inspect the rim after the hardware has been tightened and again after representative use.
For a mounting with several cups, check that the bracket positions allow each one to meet the surface without being pulled at an angle. Differences in bracket alignment can create uneven contact even when the cups themselves are identical. Keep the contact faces protected during storage, and investigate hardware loosening separately from damage or dirt at the rim.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
