Product Overview

Custom 80mm suction cups with an M6 attachment combine a defined contact footprint with a mechanical connection to the surrounding assembly. Both features need clearance. A bracket may accept the M6 connection yet still sit too close to the cup body or prevent the lip from approaching the target surface correctly.

Compare the attachment dimensions with the mating hardware, including the available thread engagement and surrounding space. Avoid transferring tightening loads through a twisted rubber body. The connection should hold the cup in its intended orientation while allowing the contact face to meet the target without interference.

The silicone or rubber formulation, geometry and color can be customized. Evaluate the 80 mm format against the actual contact area and surface shape; the diameter alone does not establish lifting or holding capacity. Vacuum level, leakage, orientation and movement all belong in the complete assembly assessment.

Before use, inspect the lip and confirm that the mounting hardware has not shifted. Keep debris away from the contact boundary, and check again if the assembly begins approaching the surface unevenly. Correct a bent bracket or loose connection before replacing an otherwise undamaged cup.
