Product Overview

These suction cups screw attachments connect a mounted component to a flexible cup while leaving the surface contact removable. The screw interface should align the component without pulling the cup neck sideways. A bracket assembled under strain can keep lifting one edge of the rim even before the intended service load is applied.

Match the thread and engagement depth to the selected mounting hardware. Then evaluate the cup against the actual surface, including texture and curvature at its full footprint. The direction of load and the distance of the attached item from the surface both affect how the arrangement should be assessed.

Tighten using the intended fixing method without twisting the rubber body. Clean the rim and seating surface before attachment, and verify the cup rests evenly with the mounted item in place. Release suction before adjusting the bracket position. During reuse, inspect the connection area and lip separately, since a secure screw cannot compensate for a damaged sealing edge or an unsuitable surface beneath the cup.

Material options
Custom silicone compound; formulation and geometry developed together.
Hardness selection
Silicone options: 20–80 Shore A. Match the thread and engagement depth to the selected mounting hardware.
Custom geometry
A bracket assembled under strain can keep lifting one edge of the rim even before the intended service load is applied.
Fit evaluation
Then evaluate the cup against the actual surface, including texture and curvature at its full footprint.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
