A silicone rubber suction cup with bellows combines a contact face with a folded body. The bellows geometry needs room to move between the attachment and the surface. Its dimensions and material should be developed around the actual equipment arrangement rather than only the diameter of the contact rim.
Define the shortest and longest positions encountered during use. The folds should not be crushed against adjacent hardware or stretched beyond the movement established for the design. The upper connection also needs to hold the cup in its intended alignment so that the contact face can seat naturally.
Evaluate the complete setup on the actual surface and under its intended loading. Surface texture, curvature, contamination, and the direction of force affect the connection. Keep the item controlled while establishing the arrangement. Clean the rim before placement and release it through the intended method for removal. During maintenance, inspect the fold roots as well as the thin contact edge, since damage in the body may be hidden when the cup is compressed.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
