A round strong vacuum silicone sucker with screw attachment should be evaluated for the actual position of the load relative to the cup. A round outline does not guarantee evenly distributed contact when the attached component pulls from one side. The mounting geometry should present the rim without a built in tilt.
Custom dimensions, material, hardness and color can follow the application. Define screw engagement and clearance alongside the cup profile. The receiving surface should provide an appropriate uninterrupted contact area.
Check the completed assembly under representative force directions and movement. Inspect the rim after fastening and after repeated release, looking for one area that curls or loses contact first. Keep the glass or other intended surface and the cup clean using compatible methods. During maintenance, review attachment alignment if contact repeatedly fails at the same position. A stronger sounding material or larger screw does not replace assessment of the complete surface and loading arrangement. Preserve the developed configuration when replacing the cup.
