Match the attachment and installation method
Custom microwave rubber feet provide contact points beneath a microwave appliance. Their attachment profile, working height, and rubber face should match the appliance base and the intended supporting surface. The feet need to work as a coordinated set rather than as unrelated replacement pads.
The installed height can affect the relationship between the appliance base and the work surface. Preserve the clearance intended by the appliance design, including the position of any openings beneath it. A taller or shorter replacement should not be used simply because it fits the mounting point. Check the complete appliance for stable support after all feet are fitted.
Select the silicone or other rubber formulation for the actual temperature at the feet and the cleaning conditions around the base. Keep grit away from the contact faces and avoid moving the appliance in a way that pulls a foot partly out of position. If a foot loosens, inspect its attachment and the surrounding base before replacement. The correct part should restore the intended height and support without altering the appliance's layout.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
