A custom NBR rubber washer provides an annular contact layer within a defined joint or hardware arrangement. The bore, outside diameter, and thickness should match the supporting faces. For oil exposed use, the selected formulation must suit the actual oil and operating conditions.
Establish the washer's role before choosing its section. A spacing or cushioning layer and a sealing washer can experience different support and compression. The rubber should sit flat without being pinched by a sharp edge or forced around an unsuitable fastener. Include temperature, contact duration, and maintenance fluids in the material assessment. Clean the mating surfaces before fitting and inspect the complete assembly after fastening. Additional tightening should not be used to compensate for a mismatched washer profile. During disassembly, examine the contact pattern and rubber condition. Replacement should preserve the original dimensions and NBR formulation so the joint returns to its intended fit rather than relying on a similar outside diameter alone.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
