A rubber seal gasket should leave a supported sealing band around each opening in the joint. Closely spaced holes or passages can reduce that width and make local alignment especially important. The custom outline should follow the mating faces so the rubber remains where the closing force is applied.
Choose thickness around the available gap and identify whether a flat gasket, washer, or O-ring format is required at each position. A ring with a similar outer diameter is not a substitute for a shaped gasket that controls several contact paths.
Place the part flat without stretching it to align distant features. Bring the adjoining face down evenly and inspect for an edge displaced into a passage. During maintenance, look for localized tears between openings or near fasteners. Correct alignment and support where needed before replacement rather than widening an opening by trimming the rubber and reducing the sealing material that remains beside it.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
