A custom button elastomer keypad combines operating faces with the rubber structure that supports their movement. Silicone dimensions and hardness should be selected together with the housing and mechanism. The loose material's softness cannot define the feel of the assembled control on its own.
Check the button height, face area, and clearance through the intended stroke. A broad key may move differently during an off-center touch from a small adjacent button. The common base should remain located rather than shifting when one face is pressed.
Evaluate the keypad with the enclosure fully assembled. Compare controls near internal supports and along the perimeter, confirming that each returns completely. During fitting, keep the mat flat at its locating points and avoid trapping an edge under hardware. Choose the formulation for the actual environment and cleaning process. During servicing, inspect the flexible regions for cuts and restore the original seating arrangement before checking the full operating sequence again.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
