A silicone salt and pepper stopper closes the designated refill opening in a matching container. Its retained diameter and exposed grip should suit that opening so the stopper can be removed for refilling without damaging the rim or repeatedly pulling at a thin rubber edge.
Custom bottle and container closures can be developed in different dimensions, hardnesses and colors. A milk bottle cap and a condiment-container stopper require their own neck or opening geometry, so they should be specified as distinct configurations even when a similar molding approach is used.
Select the formulation for the contents and cleaning routine. Before refitting the condiment stopper, clear particles from the seating area so granules do not prevent complete engagement. Check that the closure remains in place through the container's intended handling, including its normal dispensing orientation. During replacement, compare the actual opening with the original design rather than copying a worn stopper that has changed shape. Keep the fitted grip accessible for the next refill cycle.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a blind-hole, tapered, undercut or solid T-shaped profile, then compare its dimensions with the opening and available seating depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
155 T-shaped plug sizes. Match shank diameter A, head diameter B, shank length C and head thickness D. E is the bottom blind-hole diameter; E = 0 indicates a solid shank.
