Match the attachment and installation method
A rubber bushing for shock absorber installation provides a compliant section at the attachment defined by the assembly. Its flexibility must work with the receiving bore, hardware and intended movement. A bushing that is easy to compress by hand is not automatically suitable for a particular shock connection.
Compare the center passage, outer seat and installed width with the required geometry. The rubber should remain located while the assembly moves, without an edge being trapped between adjoining rigid parts. Any sleeves or washers included in the design must retain their intended relationship to the bushing.
Use the assembly-specific fitting and fastening requirements when installing the component. The generic silicone designation does not establish a load rating or vehicle fitment. In service, inspect the joint for both rubber deterioration and hardware movement. If the connection develops play, check the receiving structure as well as the bushing so replacing the rubber does not leave a separate source of movement unresolved at the same attachment.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
