Custom rubber mounts for medical equipment should be developed for the specific device structure and mechanical duty. The supported component, fastening method and required clearance define the mount geometry. The selected compound and construction must also suit the device's environment and applicable cleaning or processing conditions.
Dimensions, material and color can be customized. Define the load and intended movement without treating a general mount as suitable for every medical application. The completed device needs assessment for its intended use, including any interaction between the support and nearby components.
Evaluate the mount with the actual hardware and surrounding assembly. Check that tightening does not distort the rubber beyond its developed position and that the supported part remains clear of adjacent structures. During servicing, inspect for permanent deformation, loose attachment or contamination around the seat. Maintain the intended component configuration when replacing parts; a visually similar mount may use a different formulation or working height. Follow the service process established for the finished equipment when determining whether a removed part can be reused.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The completed device needs assessment for its intended use, including any interaction between the support and nearby components. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
