Match the attachment and installation method
A small rubber mount with screw attachment needs two sets of dimensions to agree with the device: the rubber body that occupies the mounting space and the thread that joins it to the structure. A matching body size does not guarantee a matching thread, pitch or usable screw length.
Compare the fastening feature with the receiving hole before installation. The screw should engage as intended without bottoming out or projecting into a restricted area. Avoid using the flexible body to force a reluctant thread into place, since that can twist the rubber while leaving the connection unresolved.
Once installed, check the body's rest position and clearance from surrounding parts. The screw dimension alone does not establish a supported load or shock-absorption capability. Assess those requirements in the complete device. For replacement, preserve both the fastening geometry and the installed rubber height. Changing one while keeping the other can alter the device's alignment or compression even if the new mount appears to fit the same location.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The screw should engage as intended without bottoming out or projecting into a restricted area. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a connection type, then compare body dimensions and metric threads. D, H and L are in millimeters; H excludes projecting studs. The M designation identifies the metric thread.
157 sizes with a male stud at each end. Compare body diameter D, body height H, thread size and projecting stud length L.
