A rubber seal with special-shape geometry can follow an interface that is not adequately served by a standard ring. Custom molding allows the outside outline, internal openings, and locating details to be developed together. The result should fit the intended seat without trimming the component during installation.
Use the assembly's asymmetry to establish orientation. A notch, offset opening, or unequal side length can help identify the correct position, but each feature still needs to match the mating parts. Narrow sections between openings require particular care because they can be pulled out of place while the rest of the seal appears aligned.
Select the compound and thickness for the contact conditions and closing space. Place the seal on clean surfaces and confirm the full outline before lowering the mating component. Close the assembly using its designed sequence so that the rubber remains supported. During servicing, inspect the less visible corners and inner edges for cuts or deformation. Keep replacement seals protected from folding so that their shaped sections lie naturally in the seat.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
