A thick silicone sealing washer provides a compliant ring within a matching assembly. If that assembly also includes a filter, the sealing section and filtering element have different functions. The washer alone does not establish a mesh size, filtration efficiency or compatibility with a particular fluid system.
Check the bore, outside diameter and installed thickness against the receiving faces. The rubber should seal or cushion its intended area without obstructing the required passage. Any associated filter must remain positioned through the arrangement designed to support it, rather than be held accidentally by excessive washer compression.
Select the silicone formulation for the actual medium and cleaning conditions, then evaluate the complete joint for its duty. During maintenance, inspect the washer independently of the filter for cuts, swelling and uneven flattening. Replace using the intended geometry so changing the seal does not alter the position or clearance of the adjacent filtering component within the assembly.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
