A custom silicone run switch button forms the physical pressing surface for a control assigned to a run function. Its shape, height, and color can be adapted to the equipment panel and underlying switch. The molded component should make the intended control accessible while fitting the available enclosure space.
Consider the approach used by the operator. A button at the panel edge may be pressed from an angle, while one surrounded by other controls needs sufficient separation for deliberate operation. The rubber's support and moving section should direct that press toward the underlying switch without shifting the whole keypad or dragging an adjacent control.
Assess the finished panel with its housing secured and the button markings in their final orientation. Check release as well as actuation so the moving section does not remain caught at the bezel. Choose the silicone formulation for the environment and cleaning process around the control. The equipment's electrical logic determines what the run command does; the rubber interface should be integrated with that complete control design and its intended operating sequence.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
