Custom silicone rubber sleeves bushing components need a wall thickness that suits both the inside part and the surrounding seat. The available radial space determines how much rubber can be installed without excessive squeezing. A thicker wall may reduce clearance or alter the position of the covered pipe or tube.
Define the bore, outside dimensions and engagement length using the completed assembly. Consider any clamps or housings that compress the rubber after insertion. The selected silicone formulation should suit the actual medium, temperature and contact conditions.
Evaluate the fitted shape once all surrounding hardware is in place. Check for extrusion at the ends, a distorted internal passage or contact concentrated at one side. If the component is intended to carry fluid or pressure, assess that duty within the complete system rather than inferring it from the tubular shape. During inspection, compare the rubber's contact marks with the receiving surfaces. Repeated uneven compression can indicate misalignment or an unsuitable seat that should be corrected before changing only the sleeve thickness.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
