Rubber sleeve soft tubing provides a flexible surrounding component for a matching part or passage. Its size and compound can be customized so the internal opening and wall follow the required fit. The supported length is an important part of that choice, not merely an extension of the diameter.
Identify where the sleeve should grip and where it should remain free. A long contact region can make assembly more demanding than a short collar even when both share the same bore. Include any larger feature the sleeve must pass over before it reaches its working position.
Choose the wall section for the available clearance and expected movement. A soft sleeve should not be forced into a bend that pinches its center or pushes it against nearby hardware. Fit it with the ends aligned and inspect for a rolled opening afterward. For any fluid-carrying use, evaluate the selected tube and connections for that service rather than relying on the sleeve shape alone. During maintenance, look for concentrated contact marks that indicate the underlying part or route needs adjustment.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
