A glass suction cup needs a suitable contact area on the actual glass, including any coating, texture, or curvature present. A smooth looking panel can still have a feature beneath the rim that interrupts contact. The cup profile and mounting arrangement should be assessed together with the load direction and movement of the complete application.
Check the usable surface around the entire footprint and keep the attachment from tipping the cup toward one edge. Where vacuum equipment is used, include its operating and release arrangement in the assessment. The rubber component alone does not establish a lifting capacity for a glass handling assembly.
Clean the rim and glass by a method appropriate to their materials before fitting. Inspect for cuts in the lip and verify it sits evenly. Release the cup as intended rather than levering an attached component away from one side. During reuse, examine repeated wear against the contact location and handling path so a replacement is not immediately subjected to the same scraping or edge lifting condition.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
