A pipe rubber seal ring forms a flexible contact around a matching pipe joint. The ring needs to remain in its intended groove or seating area while the mating component is fitted. A rolled section can change the contact path and may be difficult to see once the joint has closed.
Select the inner diameter, section dimensions and compound for the actual joint and medium. ETOL can customize hardness and color as well as geometry. Check the finished pipe surface for damage and confirm that the ring has enough room to deform as the assembly design requires.
Place the ring evenly before bringing the mating parts together. Use only an assembly aid compatible with the selected material and the equipment requirements, where one is specified. If insertion becomes uneven, inspect alignment and ring position instead of forcing the joint closed. After assembly, carry out the equipment's required sealing checks. During replacement, inspect the groove as carefully as the removed ring so a damaged seat does not affect the new part.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
