Match the attachment and installation method
A pipe rubber seal ring must match its receiving seat and the medium within the particular pipe joint. NBR and FKM or Viton-related options represent different formulations, not a universal combination of properties. The actual fluid and operating conditions should guide selection.
Check the ring's section and diameter against the joint geometry, including any groove or shoulder that locates it. The seal should reach its intended position without being stretched over a sharp edge or left unsupported across a gap. Any pressure requirement belongs to the evaluated complete connection.
Keep the ring and mating parts free from debris during assembly and inspect for twisting before closure. During servicing, compare the contact pattern with the intended seat. Swelling, cuts or permanent deformation can change the fit even if the ring still appears to occupy its groove. Replace using the defined material and dimensions rather than choosing a similar-looking ring whose behavior in the current pipe service has not been established.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
