A PVC pipe rubber seal should be developed around the pipe connection and the assembly that retains it. A rectangular outer form can provide a shaped sealing boundary where required by that design. Custom dimensions, compound and color allow the rubber to follow the mating surfaces.
Identify the actual contact regions before selecting the outline. The pipe interface and any rectangular perimeter may have different compression or locating requirements. Check corner radii, opening dimensions and thickness rather than relying on the largest outside measurements alone.
Choose the formulation for the fluid, temperature and cleaning conditions at the connection. Evaluate the completed joint under its intended operating conditions, including how the pipe is supported. An offset pipe can load one side of the rubber more heavily even when the seal fits the housing.
Fit the component flat without stretching the corners to align it. Inspect for a trapped edge before the joint is fully secured. During servicing, examine both the pipe contact and outer perimeter for uneven marks. Preserve the specified geometry and support arrangement when replacing the seal so the original contact relationships are maintained.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
