A rubber pipe seal creates a flexible interface within a pipe connection or opening. For a heat-exposed arrangement, the selected compound should suit the temperature at that interface, the medium being handled and the duration of contact.
ETOL customizes the profile, dimensions, hardness, material and color. Compare the mating surfaces and the available assembled space before choosing the seal's cross-section. A part that fits loosely on the bench may be compressed differently once the pipe connection reaches its specified position.
Keep the contact surfaces clean and use the assembly method designated for the system. Check that the rubber has not rolled or been displaced while the joint closes. Evaluate the complete connection under its intended operating conditions. During service, follow the appropriate cooling and release procedure before opening the joint. Inspect the seal for hardening, cuts or an uneven impression and compare any marks with the mating surfaces. Correct a sharp edge or misalignment before installing a replacement so the new component is not exposed to the same concentrated contact.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
