A protective rubber foot is available for a custom furniture support where the mating dimensions determine the correct version. The listed 18 mm, 20 mm, 21 mm, and 25 mm size options need to be matched to the relevant feature of the selected design. A nominal size should not be assumed to describe every dimension of the foot or the leg it fits.
Check the attachment opening or inserting feature together with the installed height and floor contact area. A part that fits the leg but changes one support's height can leave the furniture rocking. Different leg profiles also require attention to corners and taper, not just a single width measurement.
Fit the foot fully and compare all supports on the completed furniture. The contact surface should rest as intended without the leg forcing through or leaning against one edge. Keep grit away from the underside and inspect for movement at the attachment. When replacing a worn part, match the complete geometry so the new foot works with the remaining supports.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
