Custom square rubber seal washers follow a sealing area with straight sides and corners. The soft silicone configuration should match the mating profile and the available compression space. Corner geometry deserves the same attention as side length, because the gasket must sit naturally around the entire sealing path.
Check the inner and outer corners against the actual seat. A tight radius can stretch the rubber locally, while an oversized corner can bunch up when the joint closes. The washer should lie flat without being pulled into shape by the fasteners. Review the secured assembly for continuous support and clearance from adjacent openings.
Choose the compound around the contact medium and operating conditions. Softness alone does not establish a sealing capability or compensate for a mismatched joint. Before fitting, remove residue from the seat and protect the corners from sharp tools. During service, inspect any region that shows repeated pinching or displacement, since the underlying seat may need attention before a new gasket is installed.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
