Match the attachment and installation method
A Silicone Suction Cup with Screw combines a 60 mm diameter cup with a mechanical attachment point. The suction face must suit the mounting surface, while the screw connection needs to match the component above it. Both interfaces should be considered when developing the assembled support.
Check the receiving thread, engagement length, and available clearance around the screw. The attached component should sit in its intended position without twisting the rubber cup during fastening. Its shape also influences how force reaches the suction face: an offset or projecting item can tend to lift one edge.
The contact surface needs enough smooth, uninterrupted area for the complete rim. Clean it and the cup before placement, then assess the arrangement with the actual item and orientation. A 60 mm face does not by itself define a holding capacity. Keep the item supported while checking the installation and use the limits established for the complete arrangement.
Release the cup deliberately at its edge when removal is required. Inspect both the flexible lip and the screw attachment during maintenance. Replace a damaged component with the matching connection and cup geometry so that the original mounting relationship is maintained.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
