An EPDM rubber washer should be selected for the conditions on both of its contact faces and around its exposed edge. The inside of a joint may encounter a different medium from the outer face, so those exposures belong in the same material review.
ETOL offers custom dimensions, hardness and color. Match the inner opening to the locating component and the outer diameter to the available supporting face. Define the space provided for the washer in the assembled joint rather than judging only its loose thickness.
Fit it flat on a clean seat and keep the hole centered as the mating parts come together. Follow the assembly's specified compression or fastening condition, then evaluate the intended function under actual service conditions. During disassembly, inspect both faces rather than only the accessible outside edge. An uneven impression or local cut can identify a mating problem that needs correction. Remove old fragments before replacement and avoid stacking a new washer over remnants that alter the available space and contact pattern.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
