A custom rubber tip foot should reach its intended position on the chair leg before the chair is put back into use. The internal profile, depth, and base shape can be molded around the actual support. An apparently covered leg end may still have a tip that is only partly fitted.
Check for obstructions inside the tip and on the leg end. Debris, seams, or a damaged edge can prevent full engagement. The base should carry contact as intended rather than being loaded locally from an internal projection.
After fitting, compare the support heights and place the chair on its normal surface. Look for rocking or a tip resting unevenly. Select the compound for the floor and cleaning environment, and keep particles from collecting under the rubber during care. Inspect the retained region if the chair is moved frequently. Replace a damaged or loose tip with the matching profile rather than driving it farther onto an incompatible leg or packing the inside to force retention.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
