Match the attachment and installation method
A rubber suction cup with m4 screw combines a flat cup profile with an M4 attachment for a fixture. The rubber size, hardness and material can be customized around the surface and operating arrangement. The screw connection provides a defined mechanical interface, while the cup face and lip establish contact with the workpiece.
Match the M4 attachment to the receiving component, including thread engagement and the space available around it. Check how the fixture bears on the attachment so assembly does not twist the cup body or tilt its face. The contact plane should approach the workpiece in the intended orientation.
For a flat cup, assess the available surface across the whole footprint. Curvature or a raised feature may leave part of the lip clear even when the center touches. Keep the cup away from gaps or edges that interrupt the required contact area. Any vacuum connection and operating control in the finished system should suit the chosen cup arrangement rather than be inferred from the screw designation.
Verify the complete holding, movement and release sequence under actual conditions. Loads that act away from the screw axis can affect the cup differently from a centered pull. Inspect and clean the lip regularly, and replace a damaged cup before it is returned to the fixture. M4 defines the attachment size; it does not define the permissible working load.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
