Clear silicone gasket material for a soda related assembly should be selected for the beverage, cleaning chemistry and operating conditions of the particular joint. The molded gasket's shape and dimensions determine how the contact surfaces close and whether residue can collect beside the seal.
Consider the complete cleaning route. A narrow recess may retain sticky residue even when the visible face looks clean, while an unsupported gasket edge may distort into an area that is difficult to reach. Custom geometry can be developed around the available sealing land and the intended disassembly method.
Where the application involves carbonation or pressure, evaluate the finished joint and its retention arrangement for those conditions. Clear silicone alone does not define pressure capability. During maintenance, inspect both sides of the gasket and the mating seat for buildup, cuts or permanent compression marks. Reassemble without twisting the ring and check that it has not been dragged out of position as the joint closes. A repeated residue pattern can help identify an area where the fit or cleaning access needs improvement.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. For a soda assembly, the gasket boundary can affect both the closing contact and access beside the seal. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
