A sealing silicone gasket should be selected around the actual food equipment joint and its cleaning process. The formulation and finished component need assessment for the substance, temperature, and contact conditions involved. The gasket's outline should also allow the relevant surfaces to be inspected and cleaned when the equipment is opened.
Check the mating face dimensions, available compression, and support around openings. The part should remain located without being stretched to reach a fixing point. Keep enough sealing width around passages and avoid recesses that leave a narrow section unsupported during closure.
Install on clean faces and bring the joint together evenly. After cleaning or disassembly, inspect for residue, cuts, and a recovered shape that no longer matches the seat. Follow the equipment's intended replacement process where the seal is damaged. A similar silicone outline should not be substituted solely by appearance, since a different thickness or formulation can change both contact and response to the established cleaning conditions.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Access around the food-equipment joint and sealing width beside each passage can be considered together in your gasket outline. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
