Match the attachment and installation method
Custom colored food grade silicone parts should be developed around a defined function in the finished product. A seal, cover, pad and handling component have different geometry and exposure requirements. The selected formulation and color system need to suit the actual food contact, temperature and cleaning conditions.
Dimensions, material and hardness can be customized along with appearance. Identify the mating and working surfaces before choosing decorative details, so the visible design does not interfere with fit or cleaning access. Where colors distinguish product variants, maintain a consistent assignment through assembly and service.
Evaluate the completed component in its intended product rather than relying on the appearance of a loose sample. Check whether residue can collect around narrow features and whether normal removal stresses a thin section. Keep contact surfaces clean before assembly and inspect for damage after representative use. If the handled food or cleaning process changes, review the silicone formulation and geometry together. A color match does not by itself establish that a replacement part has the correct material or function.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
