A custom rubber bushing rubber sleeve has a wall section defined by its inner and outer dimensions. That section should suit the support and movement required in the assembly. Material, hardness, size, and color can be adapted once the two mating interfaces are established.
Compare the outside seat and the center component independently. Enlarging the passage or changing the outer diameter also changes the amount of rubber between them. The sleeve length and any end features must then fit the available axial space.
Guide the sleeve into position without cutting its edge or rolling an end inward. Check the fit again when the center component is inserted, since that action can displace the body. Select the compound for the actual temperature and substances at the interface. During maintenance, inspect the inner surface for rubbing and the outer region for movement in its seat. Preserve the specified wall geometry when replacing the part rather than choosing only by the dimension easiest to measure.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
