A heat-resistant rubber bumper can be custom molded for an industrial support or contact location. Select the finished compound for the actual temperature, exposure duration and mechanical conditions. The body profile and attachment need to suit the intended load direction while leaving space for the rubber to deform.
Check the assembly under representative thermal conditions. A warm contacting component can expose the bumper differently from the surrounding air. Review nearby clearances as the equipment operates so an initially clear rubber body does not begin rubbing against a rigid edge.
Evaluate any cushioning or support role with the complete equipment, without assuming a universal temperature rating or hydraulic damping function. During maintenance, inspect the contact face and attachment transitions for a changed shape or surface condition. Clean residue with a compatible method. If the same damage recurs, review the heat exposure and fit before installing another bumper or choosing a thicker part to conceal the change.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The body profile and attachment need to suit the intended load direction while leaving space for the rubber to deform. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
