A non slip rubber bumper can serve as a mounting foot between an item and the surface below it. ETOL offers custom sizes and compounds, together with color and logo options. Its practical contribution depends on where the feet are located and how the supported item loads them.
On a multi-foot arrangement, check that the mounting faces sit in the same intended plane. Adding a thick bumper to one corner can stop rocking temporarily while leaving the other feet incorrectly loaded. Establish the base geometry first, then choose matching foot dimensions for that arrangement.
Evaluate contact on the actual supporting surface. Dust, cleaning residue and surface texture can change resistance to sliding, so the non-slip designation is not a guarantee on every desk, floor or shelf. Keep the rubber contact faces clean and avoid trapping small hard particles underneath. During inspection, compare compression across the feet and check that none has shifted away from its mounting position. A stable item should not rely on a visibly folded or partly detached bumper.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The practical contribution depends on where the feet are located and how the supported item loads them. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
