Black natural rubber threaded suction cups should be selected for the actual surface and repeated loading conditions of the assembly. The compound, cup profile and attachment influence how contact is established and maintained. A heavy duty description does not define a universal working load.
Custom dimensions, hardness and color can follow the application. Define the thread engagement and normal direction of force, including any turning effect from an offset load. Select the formulation for the temperature, fluids and cleaning conditions at the contact.
Evaluate the complete arrangement through representative cycles. Inspect whether the rim returns to its intended shape after release and whether the thread connection remains secure. Keep the contact face clear of particles and residue before placement. During maintenance, look for nicks, curling or a change in the rubber's surface condition. If the loading geometry changes, reassess the cup rather than assuming an unchanged mounting thread means the original contact behavior will remain suitable.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
