Match the attachment and installation method
A natural rubber vacuum suction cup with screw attachment can be customized for a particular contact and mounting arrangement. Select the finished natural rubber formulation for the surface and environmental exposure, and match the screw geometry to the supporting component. The lip profile and installed height determine where contact begins.
Check the cup after the screw connection is secured. Tightening should not leave the body twisted or the face angled away from its intended surface. Evaluate the complete vacuum arrangement with the actual item, observing both pickup and release rather than only whether the cup initially adheres.
Keep the rim clean using a method compatible with the material. During maintenance, inspect for changes in surface condition, damaged edges and movement at the attachment. A cup that no longer returns to its original profile should be examined before reuse. If wear is concentrated on one side, review the approach alignment so replacement does not repeat the same contact pattern. Match the working dimensions as well as the material when fitting a new component.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The lip profile and installed height determine where contact begins. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
