Match the attachment and installation method
A nitrile rubber screw threaded suction cup combines a material choice with a defined attachment method. The nitrile formulation should suit the workpiece surface and any process fluids, while the screw thread must match the equipment connection. Custom dimensions allow the cup footprint and working height to be developed around that arrangement.
Check the installed component for square alignment before evaluating its grip. A secure thread does not ensure that the lip meets the workpiece evenly. Review approach height and available contact area, then assess the intended load and movement using the complete vacuum system. A heavy duty description should not be treated as a numerical holding rating.
During upkeep, inspect the rubber where it meets the attachment as well as around the contact rim. Repeated twisting during replacement can affect a different region from normal pickup wear. Keep process residue from accumulating at the lip, and select a cleaning method compatible with the finished compound. If the cup changes shape or surface condition, review the exposure before installing another identical part.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
