Match the attachment and installation method
Threaded suction cups provide a defined fastening feature for a compatible suction arrangement. The screw connection must match the receiving assembly, while the cup lip must suit the surface being contacted. A heavy-duty description does not establish a particular load capacity or make the thread size a measure of holding force.
For a nitrile design, select the formulation for the actual substances and conditions around the cup. NBR does not imply suitability for every oil, cleaner or outdoor exposure. The mounting hardware should engage without twisting the cup body or obstructing an intended air passage.
Evaluate retention with the complete fitting, contact surface and operating movement. Acceleration or sideways loading can affect the cup differently from a static contact check. During service, inspect the rim and threaded connection separately for damage or loosening. A secure fitting cannot compensate for a cut lip, and an intact lip cannot correct leakage or misalignment at the mounting interface.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. A secure fitting cannot compensate for a cut lip, and an intact lip cannot correct leakage or misalignment at the mounting interface. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
