Custom industrial suction cups with screw attachments combine a rubber contact cup with a mechanical connection to the supporting fixture. Cup dimensions, material, hardness and color can be developed for the intended surface and handling arrangement. The screw connection defines how the fixture attaches; the cup lip determines where contact is established.
Start with the actual surface. Its curvature, texture, cleanliness and available continuous area affect how the lip can seat. Position the cup so the contact edge remains fully on that area, clear of seams, holes or abrupt changes in level. The supporting fixture should approach in a way that lets the lip meet the surface evenly.
Check the screw size, engagement and surrounding hardware space as part of the attachment. Tightening must not distort the rubber body or shift the cup away from its intended orientation. A projecting load can apply a turning effect through the screw, so consider the full arrangement rather than treating the attachment as a simple straight pull.
Assess holding and release under the actual use conditions, including movement of the fixture and any change in surface condition. Keep the lip clean and inspect it for cuts before use. Release through the intended method instead of pulling sideways on the mounted hardware, which can stress the attachment and the cup edge. The load capability must be established for the complete installation rather than inferred from the cup's appearance.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
