Product Overview

A white rubber gasket can make a sealing component easy to distinguish from darker parts during assembly. The color may also be chosen where an exposed edge needs to match the surrounding product. Its visible appearance is separate from the compound and geometry required at the joint.

Where several white seals are used, identify them by their opening, section, and locating details as well as color. Two pieces that look alike on a workbench can occupy different closed gaps. Keep each version associated with its intended seat so a color match does not lead to the wrong part being fitted.

Custom molding can coordinate the outline with the visible edge of the finished assembly. Assess that appearance after closure, because compression can change how much rubber is exposed. Choose the white formulation for the actual substances and cleaning method rather than assuming a food-contact grade from its color. During care, remove deposits with a compatible process and inspect the rubber beneath them. Staining and physical damage are different observations and should not be treated as the same replacement criterion.

Material options
Rubber. Custom formulation and color for the intended contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Rubber: 30–90 Shore A. Assess that appearance after closure, because compression can change how much rubber is exposed.
Custom dimensions

Fit & assembly

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
